Yeah definitely. Take some antidiabetics like semaglutide and mix it with some pde5 inhibitors like yohimbine. And you will lose weight fast.

chew jaw exercisers.

meff or nothing

If you can’t put the fork down you obviously don’t care enough about your looks don’t listen to these retard goblins and just eat less and think about how you will look lean and chew hella falim gum to build jaw and distract from hunger

For 99.99% of people with below godly self-control, yes.

The Rock can't cut to below 10% body fat without a 3 family size pizza binge with cookies and burgers within a week of attaining it.

He stays at that body fat for a few days for shooting a movie, while thinking about food 24/7. Then he slips to maintain sanity. Takes weeks of cutting to undo that cheat meal

Chances are you as a non-Hollywood star bodybuilder who is not on trenbolone, can't even get to 12% naturally.

If you are an average person and not a top tier swimmer, basketball player or Hollywood action star, just order DNP or Clenbuterol.

The difference they make is a 200-500kcal extra deficit daily, which you as an average person likely can't sustain long enough.

Is shredding down to visible abs possible without those drugs just by putting the fork down for several months or years? Sure.

Just not for the average person.

Ritalin and t3 over Clenbuterol. Also caffeine and high doses of aspirin can mimick dnp

ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stacks can be run on top of clenbuterol.

The fat burning effect alone is nowhere near DNP though. It is generally accepted ECA taken daily will boost metabolism by 100-200kcal.

DNP alone causes a 400-700kcal boost (due to increasing your core body temperature) and is dangerous in large doses.

I did not mean typical eca. I meant megadoses of aspirin and caffeine which produces uncoupling similar to dnp.
