I got better treatment by people when I was lean maxxed, even people who hadn't seen me in a while were hard glazing me.

Still though, the difference isn't big enough to justify the pain of going to bed hungry. Having a bit less face fat isn't going to be decider if a girl wants to get with you.

I'd rather be higher BF and be happy. 6'5" white HTN is still going to be chosen before me at the club no matter how slim I am.

Depends on how lean u are tbh if ur sub 10 then probably not for long ur hormones are gonna tank but year round no more then 13-15

Get to a maintainable body fat of around 12% where your not miserable and then yes it’s worth it,
You are doing the best with what you have just don’t let yourself go.

As much as I make racist jokes on here being a non white in a predominantly white country really doesn’t affect you as bad as people say, they just want to boost their egos and their most likely racist (jfl),
Whites have it a little easier but if your on the same looks level as a white guy the difference in preference is minimal.
