Is it worth using eggshells as a source of calcium?

l've read that eggshells are ~40% calcium
and absorption is comparable to calcium
carbonate. Is there any reason NOT to use them
as a cheap calcium source if I already take
D3+K2? Any hidden risks like heavy metals or
salmonella I'm missing?

Low bio availability

its not as bioavailable like other sources

Just drink a gallon of raw milk a day or eat
Like 200g Parmesan cheese

Parmesan is high in sodium
(1.5-1.8 g per 100 g). Doesn't
that increase calcium loss? Or
is it fine if I get enough calcium
elsewhere?
