If you value those extra two inches that much, of course. I´d say it's pretty redundant but my opinion is irrelevant. Will it increase your dating odds? Unlikely unless you live in the Netherlands where most men are about 6´0.
Lifts aren´t that big of an inconvenience, especially if you don´t add much height.

Which country do you live in?
At 6´1 you´re not a manlet, point-blank but depending on the country you reside in you could range all the way from (very) tall to slightly above average.
Realistically, if you value a few more inches that much, just wear one lift insert in both shoes and you´d go from 6´2 in shoes to 6´3.
