Yes it’s wrong, however speaking as a Canadian, the immigration tests or qualifications have to be much higher, only the best of the best from those countries should be allowed to come in (any country for that matter - specially India)

People that come in should also be assessed on how likely they are to assimilate with the culture since ethnics tend to be prideful with their rudimentary ways
