is Jade roller actually useless

i have a Jade roller but i simply don't know what to do with it. I've seen videos on YouTube on how to massage your face with it and did just that everyday for a few weeks and nothing changed. does it actually cure bloating? if so what am i doing wrong? what do i need to do for it to work?

If you do it right it will reduce the bloatness a little, it's just drainage
