what happens if i sleep on the side and then alternate? heard that works well too, i have trouble falling sleep on my back
I've been trying to learn how to sleep on my back, even as recent as last night.
This was the picture I used to help:

Pillow barrier is cope, but pillow under knees to align back actually helped.

im being fr rn, ive tried it but havent seen any changes, i think its just cope, any real advice???
most of the time its just soft tissue from sleeping/chewing on one side for prolonged periods of time, try chewing on both sides and sleeping on your back. This will take time but could show results, if this doesnt work its a bone issue which can be solved by a BSSO.
