Today i started my first ever sprint training. I did an 200m sprint and a 1-2 minute walk back. I did this 10x (is that good?). And while sprinting i noticed my jaw started to hurt. Is this normal? Is this good for potential jaw gains because of maybe stressfractures? If this is bad what can i do against it?

how the fuck would sprinting give you jaw fractures
you probably just run with your mouth hanging open

No i dont lol. I looked it up a bit and it said that apperently your heartrate gets so fast that it can cause inflamation. Since the jaw area is sensible that couldve caused the pain. think that might be the reason. Not sure tho
