Pics required. Majority of men would benefit from increased jaw mass. The only region where this is at all popular is east asia. Unless you have a stupid huge jaw, probably skip it.

Jaw mogs me to oblivion and most people call me htn. You don't need surgery big dog. The only thing I would even consider is forehead implants since from this angle it looks somewhat rounded. (if it's you in your pfp ignore that) and potentially a rhino but neither are required. HTN/chadlite tbh.
