Is jaw surgery really that expensive?? I need alternatives help plz

What other ways to bring jaw forward to meet top teeth, I have a overbite and mild over jet, can anyone list the ways to fix this? I don’t want to have my maxilla recessed from braces. I don’t think its that my jaw needs to come forward, it’s more so that when the front teeth are in proper position, the back teeth are too far away from eachother. Need help please
