Is Jaw surgey a lifesaver if my jaw is round?

I'm confident that it's over for me if I don't get a proper jaw. I'm in my 20s and I attribute 75 percent of my struggles to this area.

Depends if it's from recession. If it isn't then try leaning out. If you check both of these boxes then you need implants
