i know a lot of people say gym is cope and such, but when u are trying to lose weight also try to weight lift a a few days a week to preserve the muscle mass you have and lose the fat. Ive tried all the starvemaxxing diets, ive done really low cal diets, the gym is a must because otherwise you lose a lot of muscle instead of fat and you dont really change the body fat percentage of ur body but just lose weight in muscle
