Can someone like Tyson Ballou (in general people with pale skin and dark features, not light brown hair/eyes ) pull of jbw? Or ethnics that are whitepassing but still got ethnic dna

Not technically, no. But without colored eyes and dark/brown hair you lose much of what makes jbw what it is.

Whats consider white depends in sweden that will consider ethnic but in asia because they aren't many whites that will be seen as white

Probably not because there is a decent amount of people in North Africa and the Middle East with colored eyes so blue eyes alone wouldn't be enough of a halo. IDK about Sub-Saharan Africa though.
