Of course not every person you see in Spain is actually a Spaniard, but sure, I have no particular reason to believe that any of those women wouldn't be Spanish. I actually dated a half-Spanish girl once whose fully Spanish cousin looked a little like Ortega, but more typically European, though. Lighter, I mean. But there is some similarity.

Sure but "typically European" is super vague. Meds and Nordics don't share many cranial features for example.

Knowing that she's Hispanic and has a somewhat exotic phenotype, it's quite certain that she's mixed. Castiza type. However, her look is not impossible in Iberia in particular. Definitely not a mainstream European look, but I have seen Spanish women, for example, who don't look too different. Would be an unusual look even then, but possible.
