Is joining a political party actually a good strategy to become successful or is social media way better? I guess you could do both

And prioritize the social media thing since it might pay off more and take less time.

could work, some absolute sub70 iq subhuman manlet in my region made a political party and a social media following where people just make fun of him and hire him to promote their stuff, after he made the party he tried running for mayor of his town lost but he still earns a shit ton of money somehow

Show a pic of him. I applied for a membership of the AfD in Germany and they are the fasted growing party right now and they have only existed for 12 years and most people only became aware they existed sometime after 2015. I kinda wish I joined in 2019 when I first voted for them but I guess better late than never. They probably think I‘m some kind of opportunist, which essentially is true but I also support their causes.

My competition in my city looks kinda weak but they all have been there way longer than me and actually have had jobs and some competence while I may have charisma and decent looks and height but no idea if that could even be a disadvantage.

Plus my city is really leftist but maybe there are more conservatives than I expect there to be.

Advancing in the party might prove really hard with no work experience but I guess I‘ll find out in about a month once I can attend meetings.

well idk how it works for in germany but him being in an extremely small and low populated region/town probably played into his favor a lot

The city I live in has 650K inhabitants which is pretty big for a German city.

Apart from the major I don‘t know any politician though except for the few I have interacted with so far.

I could become the first politician from my city who has any kind of notoriety and popularity on a national and maybe international level in a few years.
