Is Josh McGregor's maxilla recessed?

In the picture of his side profile the line on which the corner of the nostril and the corner of his eye lie on has an angle of 61 degrees.
His side profile looks good to me, but on the internet some people state that 45 degrees is ideal, hence I am asking if Josh McGregor's maxilla is recessed.

Makes me wonder how people come up with the 45° degree ideal then. I know "not recessed" isn't equal to "ideal" but he still looks very good imo but his angle is 35,55556% higher than it should be.
