Is journaling cope or helpful

But what about journaling? I feel like doing that 5-10 min a day is not bad to organize your mind, especially in a time where everything moves faster and faster

Its good for tracking your mental progesss and detecting stagnation

Just depends on how you do it

Meditate too, great for organizing your mind

Pick a subject. A goal, a shortcoming, and meditate on it

I dont know man, but just the tought of me sitting on a chair like a gay ass twink and writing about my emotions and feelings in a cute tiny little journal of mine, sounds absolute ropefuel. Especially if someone would find that shit. Nigga Imagine ur Girlfriend finds that shit, absolute ND Pill
