Im going to jump for 1 hour than i will eat honey after 30 mins of finishing the 1 hour and 30 mins after i ate honey i will do it 2 more times is it harmful

Ye, I mean if you don't wanna age, then intense exercise is bad!
But if you are already overweight, then exercise will do more good than harm.
Since it's difficult for your body to carry that much weigh already!

Yes if you usually dont jump rope, build up to it slowly but even then 3 hours is excessive and will just make you hungrier if leanmaxxing is your. Do 90 minutes max and do it intensely, you should burn around 1500 calories if you do with enough intensity, also take it slow if you are a fatcel since your joints will take a beating worse than muslim wife after failing to prepare dinner on time
