If I can’t compleatley cut carbs can I at least eat majority protein?

I honestly don't know,not an expert.What I can definitively say is that if you want to lose weight,then caloric deficit
is a must,combine that with high intensity training and you will certainly see results.

Best carb sources though are milk, fruit, fruit juices, a majority of your carbs should preferably come from those sources. Potatoes, white rice and even white bread (non iron enriched) are OK.
