I mean, we all know that if you want to get leaner you need to eat better and shit, but what I'm asking here is something else

Is jogging alone a good start? No diet, no gym, no meds, nothing but running a few times per week.

Enlight me

yh jogging is a good start, its a form of LIIT (low intensity training) meaning your heart rates at a steady pace (which correct me if im wrong targets fat stores rather than the carb intake stores), and you are burning calories which would be effective if u tracked calories so you could see if the calories youre burning via the jogging is putting you in a deficit, deficit helps you to lose bf% and become more lean and defined, also jogging is also good for cardiovascular health.

i think walking is low key better because its easier to do and yes its easier to do and have same benefits. I can walk like 20k steps but running? Would be much harder.

also walking makes you less hungrier because walking essentially lowers your Ghrelin and makes you burn fat.

jogging is good ofc but walking is better, try to aim for 15k+ steps a day or if u have a treadmill do an incline walk

doesnt sprint and other high intensity cardio raise it too tho
not as bad
Sprinting for 30-40 seconds raises cortisol temporary

Jogging can go for minutes and each minute your cortisol would be high
