Is k2 really worth it?

Hi(excuse my bad enfglish its obviously not my first language) im 17 and have kind of a long narrow face because of a high gonial and big maaxilla wich makes my face appear really long and its not wide enough it also gave me quite of a big chin so i have a question does taking k2 will actually balance my face by making it wider and perhaps reducing my gonial angle withotu affecting or ading to much height to my already long head ,because im kind of willing to take k2 mk7 or mk4 still cant figure wich one is best and also every advice to have like more square face shape is appreciatd thanks in advance
