Ive gotten a whole lotta mixed opinions and i cant make up my mind. Research shows its cope and research shows it acc works. Like which one is it. If u manage to influence me that it isnt cope recommend which i should buy and how much i should take (14 btw)
 
It's not cope.

If you're in the UK, it's especially not cope.
Anybody who is supplementing D3 should ALWAYS be taking K2. Specifically the K2-MK7 variant. This is going to ensure that D3 calcium goes to the bone instead of building up in your arteries. You do not want vascular calcification, trust me lol. This is only a problem if you're taking high doses of D3, I take 8000 IU's.

So, to clarify..
K2-MK7 variant (longer half life then K1 or MK4. Both are fat soluble, so only take these with a fatty meal for proper absorption. D3 raises your calcium levels, K2 just guides it into the correct place.

If you're indoors a lot, just take it.
