I mean that's not strictly ND, kinda depends on who you ask. Neurodivergence was originally intended as an umberella term for neurodevelopmental conditions, and bipolar is mostly a mood disorder. However, it does still change the brain, structurally, so many include it now days. I think it should be considered ND though, as it's a lifelong condition thus making it effectively equal to other forms of neurodivergence. Anxiety disorders and other mental health disorders are usually more in a grey area imo

Well yeah the population jus say he's bipolar and I agree with that too but idk looking at his behaviour and how we presents himself I feel as though he's nd
