i always eat once a day but really unhealthy stuff and tofay i checked the macros and everything i ate and it was 3.4k calories with 400g of carbs, 140g of fat & 117g protein. Tmr i’m starting keto and i was thinking of eating 3 skinless chicken breast, cauliflower rice, 5 eggs, and 5 pieces of broccoli which all turns out to be 1.6kcal, 5g carbs, 120g fats and 117g protein (also a stick of butter for fats) Is this good or bad i’m not sure since it’s gonna be my first time tmr lmk
