Is kids making fun of you a good or a bad sign?

I was just asking myself this question because sometimes babies stare at me sometimes they dont.
But today 2 kids were waving at me and smilling as if they were making fun of me.

I mean I think its not a good or a bad sign because kids wouldnt make fun of you if you looked scary/ really unattractive but at the same time would they do that if you were really attractive.
I do look like if im 12 at 15 so I am a cutecel.

I mean they were like 9 it was two boys waving and smiling since it was kids I asked if we know each other and they were still smilling but they started walking faster

also babies dont just stare at everybody i read somewhere and its true if your ipd is a bit wider and your face symmetrical babies stare at you more often thats why most anime character are drawn that way
