Is Krav Maga legit

How legit of a martial art is it for self defense? The youtube clips looks good byt they are choreographed like a dance routine jfl.

I'm thinking about signing up for this cause the other fighting sports involve sparring (brutal looksmin) or grinding and humping subhuman balding men (ju jiutsu) which is just pathetic.

it looks cool choreographed but would it still work under uncertain real life conditions. I mean if it came down to close quarter fight (the best self defense sports is probably good old sprinting)

IMO.

But I know guys who've done 8 week courses in London and they said they recommended it.

Tempted to learn myself.

Like just standard boxing and krav maga would be a good combo.
