First things first get ur GH levels tested before taking HGH, this is key. (I hope you’ve scanned ur growth plates too)

If they are normal then don’t take HGH, there’s no point in it. People with Idiopathic Short Stature who had normal GH levels and still injected GH had less then ideal side effects while not actually growing in height.

If they are below normal levels then inject, ur hands and feet were probably just abnormally large for an unexplainable reason.
