Front and sides have improved, temple not so much unfortunately all done with a dermatologist with measurements.
Right now I can have short hair and pass it off decently however when it grows longer the sparseness becomes more obvious. Ideally one day my donor region will be good enough for a transplant, if not scalp micropigmentation is on the table

bookmarked on browser. what would you consider to the be the top tier of what you're using?
skincare so far:
- moisturizing 2x a day
- eye serum 1 - 2x a day
- facial cleanser 1 - 2x a day
- exfoliate 3x a week
and a handful of supplements to offset any sort of dietary needs (Vit. C, D3, K2, E, Mag., Biotin, etc.)
