Trust me. Red Light Therapy is the shit. Microneedling is also cool, but don't do it more than once a month. I'm doing it 3-4 times a year now.

Damm bro good stuff i need this i look a solid 5 years older than i am if not more how long does it take to see results?

I also take a helluva lotta other stuff though mind you that assist with skin-health and bone density.

Hydraulic acid supplement pills
Collagen Peptides
Vitamin D2K3
Zinc

And a whole lot of other supplements that might be assisting too.

1 year I would say. Though I've doing it since Covid mid 2020. Since 28.

Cheers man. How you getting along with your hair regrowth pursuit?
Not too shabby actually shifted away from topicals due to constant irritation right now am using 5mg minox 1x daily, 0.5 mg dutasteride 3x weekly and microneedling 1-2x per week.

Front and sides have improved, temple not so much unfortunately all done with a dermatologist with measurements.

Right now I can have short hair and pass it off decently however when it grows longer the sparseness becomes more obvious. Ideally one day my donor region will be good enough for a transplant, if not scalp micropigmentation is on the table

If you were living in the 90s or even perhaps 2000s none of this would have been possible.

Props for putting the work in to find the best make-do resolutions.

bookmarked on browser. what would you consider to the be the top tier of what you're using?

skincare so far:
- moisturizing 2x a day
- eye serum 1 - 2x a day
- facial cleanser 1 - 2x a day
- exfoliate 3x a week

and a handful of supplements to offset any sort of dietary needs (Vit. C, D3, K2, E, Mag., Biotin, etc.)

Stop frauding with the 3/4th you aren't attractive enough to be acting like that lol

It's a selfie camera though, so you get a distorted rough flat image. Unlike the 3D of reality. Stuff like lazy eye and shit that doesn't show the same irl will become magnified on camera. That's why people get a complex and BDD about their features when they whip out the camera lens.

I know I am MTN overall.
