Yeah just make sure you use a serum with NO vitamin C inside of it and wait 10 days after using Red Light Therapy for the last time, before using it.

Using any vitamin C serum while microneedling leaves you vulnerable to a reaction.

I learned how to do it from a professional aesthetician called Penny Smith



She has more videos on it but this is the best to get you started
