i cleared my acne around 1 month ago maybe and this is what i've been left with do i wait 3-12 months for it to fade or do i sell some stuff and get laser

im still on it but just dry skin and lips , had a dry ass at one point that hurt lol but other than that not too much maybe a lil depression
