Is lasik that safe?

I googled lasik gone wrong and there’s a ton of people saying it messes up there eyes is that legit or are they just a bunch of schizos

I want to get it but the scenario of part of my cornea being shaved off sounds scary. Yes its not 100% safe but the vast majority seem to be alright.

Yes got it this summer and had literally no side effects only felt tired the day of doing it. it’s amazing make sure to get bladeless tho. most of the ppl who are online saying it ruined their eyes are old when the technology wasn’t that great
