Need to fix my mouth to nose ratio rn. Will prob do hydrocortisone or accutane to shrink nose. But i need to fix my mouth is still very small. its been hard finding a solution. One can only rot on BOTB for long trying to find a solution. Been thinking about something like a microstomia prevention appliances but idk if its cope.
