Every time when I do this, I feel my traps rather than my delts.

Oh so you're saying I'm a skinny faggot for wearing the pants wrong? Nigga trynna start shit, so I'm out of here. Bye bye.

I feel it by doing half reps (only going up slightly) but I extend my arms and don’t grip the handles.
Like this:

This is also safer for your rotator cuff because this way you can extend your arms slightly forward in a 45 degree angle which is better and more safe

Yes its cope. So are most machines. Not natural range of motion

Just imagine the machine failing and crushing you from the sides...

I use it for high reps after I've burnt myself out on dumbbell and barbell shoulder press

It’s probably better for your shoulders in the long run.

Not sure. I usually use dumb bells, but will occasionally use this machine as a change of pace or if the dumb bell area is crowded. The machine always feels odd as far as the point you feel the most weight. And while I can do more weight then most men using the dumb bells (start at 25lbs each side, then progress to 30 lbs each side), I can't do a lot of weight on that machine.
