That can happen but only if get it on your skin, so yk user error. People could just put vaseline around their eye before applying it.

Pretty easy to get, I've heard some people get their prescription in a walk in from CVS, but it is convenient and cheaper to get it from the grey market

you could try topical minox
just put some on a cotton swab and apply it on your lashes
thats what i did and it worked good for me (minox doesnt work for everybody some people just dont respond to it)

worth it but i still got slight hyperpigmentation on upper eyelid even when using vaseline, makes you look kinda emo lol
