i’ll start at what the cal calculator says my maintenance is and monitor if i lost or gain or remain after a few days, and adjust accordingly; since idk how accurate the calculator is tbh

There is a max amount of muscle you can build, so lean bulk is the ONLY way to go for hypertrophy. Its around 2-350 cals xtra per day, anything over is cope for muscle.

As for strength, even 2k surplus a day isnt objectively bad tbh, but u will gain fuckton of weight fast.

Just get macrofactor, 80$ a year and it gives u tdee, macro goals and helps u plan exactly how much u gain, goal weight on a certain date etc.

right got the app, will follow its calories and track using the app.

can i ask when you said steak, eggs basically all you need on my other thread, provided that you eat enough calories to grow (given by the app) can you progress and build muscle whilst doing low carb like less than 30g (basically ketogenic, which i chose in the app also)? i just look drastically better facially when i am on that.
