I been seeing many reels showing studies that a calorie surplus does not lead to any benefit in muscle gain as opposed to calorie surplus or even just maintenance calories. Is this true even for lean bulking(200-400 cal surplus) and should everyone that is natural just be "lean- gaining" or wtv the fuck they are calling it now?
