I got super lean around 4 years ago, I got down to 140lbs @ 5’10 and of course i looked better than I do now (195lbs) but I still wasn’t getting much attention from women. So my question is should I even bother going through all that bullshit and stress from dieting?

I see guys who are lean/skinny and chopped but they still with girls. It's an overall attractive indicator that your health isn't fucked up. Thats just my opinion though.
