I was fat for pretty much my entire life, so last year I decided to fall into the whole “lean” and “debloat” propaganda. I didn’t really exercise, but all I did was restrict my food intake and basically starvemaxx. Within 3–4 months, I had lost a lot of muscle, even though I barely had any muscle to begin with. I had also lost a lot of facial fat, but all I saw was a completely recessed-looking face. For me, the opposite was actually true: the bloating made me look better because it camouflaged my recessed maxilla, and I basically looked worse than before.
Now I’m planning to leamaxx again, but this time in a healthy way so I can build muscle. After that, I’m planning to get midface filler to give my face more structure, since I can’t afford surgery anyway.
