Is lefort worth it or not? I'm deff getting genio but lefort is just too much time and trauma for a minor flaw.

Unless roi is good tier, ill just get genio, rhino and under eye fat graft.

Genio is a relatively minor surgery why won't i get it done i could even larp saying i fell on my face

Nah ur good dw, the main reason I say it wouldn’t help but is that your premaxilla is already well projected which is what gets moved forward in a lefort 1
If you did go ahead and get LF1 it may result in a dog like look with an overly projected midface
I also don’t think it would fix any of your flaws
