is lefort worth looking into

im gonna get marpe and braces to fix narrow palate and overbite, before that, i want to talk to maxillofacial surgeon, get xrays and also consider lefort if my parents won't think im mentally ill for wanting that. I know my premaxilla is kinda retruted but nose is fixable with rhino or augmentations. lefors is gonna ascend my nasolabial angle, nose. Any suggestions how to convinse my parents.

marpe literally expands your maxilla, you have an overbite which means your lower teeth/mandible/chin is recessed . To pull the under teeth you would need chin implants bimax not lefort 1. Lefort 1 pulls the maxilla forward backwards or rotates it. Grey inflation
