aqualyx/kybella is better from what ive heaard but all these fat disssolving methods are lowk js ineffective.
i think ultrasound cavitation has good results (some guy on tiktok did it) but personally i never tried it and u gotta be low inhib to do any of those.

first make sure that your BF% is low enough even the last pounds are the most important ones
also i would recommend lipo over aqualix and lemon bottle thats why =

Lemon bottle = tbh ive often heard that it even can be cope and doesnt effect anything (i would be carefully with that)

Aqualix = very effective but the bloat can last over a fucking week thats way too long u gonne look subhuman just like people after wisdom tooth surgery buttttt u will see instant results after one session (most of the time)

Lipo = less effective and u will need more session but the bloat doesnt stay as long barely a few weeks. you could do the session on friday and maybe already go to whatever u have at monday maybe tuesday (of course u need to stay at home at the weekend because of looking like a subhuman)
