the idea of a simulated universe is a man made concept so it's most likely not possible

Unless simulating a universe is impossible then it's statistically unlikely that we aren't in a simulated universe. However, I think people can't grasp just how many ways there could hypothetically be to simulate a universe, that don't necessarily have to do with an advanced computer or quantum mechanics. We could be part of an advanced beings dream, we could be in an artificial environment, etc etc.

However, I think people can't grasp just how many ways there could hypothetically be to simulate a universe, that don't necessarily have to do with an advanced computer or quantum mechanics.
