I was internal and everything that happened to me I wouldn’t care, it woukd be entertainment to the person inside me



But now I realise, this is so calm and relaxing

Even if negative things happen you just watch it happen instead of stressing idek how to explain it but

but in my experience i can't put on the act for long

i think it's better to be selective about what you care about
