I really have nothing going for me except my family, I'm trying to find out if I just boss up say fuck it and do literally everything in my power to push myself into surgeries or keep coping as a sub4

being ltn in the first place is always gonna be net negative, being ND is meaningless in that scenario i think ur life cant get signficantly worse because of it. ND becomes more of a nerf the better looking you are.
