i've been lifting naturally for 1.25 years now and im not the most impressed with my results, i know 1.25 years in the gym isnt a long time but i feel as if it's kinda a huge waste of time going to the gym naturally as the progress is too slow. Any advice?

There are a lot of variables to this.

What's your training/nutrition like.

What was/is your starting point health wise? Have you gotten an extensive hormone panel, to rule out hormonal deficiencies?

Overall, proper natural lifting is not fully cope, but steroids would obviously get you more/faster results.

P.S. if that's your physique in the pfp, it's way, above average for a natural with 1.25 years if experience.

Natty lifting isnt worth it, i would recomend
  • Take test 500mg weekly (12-15week cycle - 3 vials is 15 weeks)
  • take 0.25mg arimidex e3.5d after about 4-6 weeks into your cycle ( or earlier if you feel nipples getting tender)
  • work ur way up to 0.5mg arimidex e3.5 days at later stages in ur cycle

You will yield great results with this bhai

Mark as solution on right

It only feels slow because almost all gym influencers are jacked and are on roids. Don't take it until you actually developed your body through puberty. Most of your muscle is not built in the gym but in the kitchen. Its mostly about what you eat and recover like not how you train like. If you train like an olympian with a shit diet and sleep, you will barely have any gains. Not worth taking roids until ur body is done maturing.

i'd say its worth it as long as you have enough money to support a good cycle that won't fuck your heath up. I'm also a year into lifting and my physique is eh but i cant be spending money on roids

If you have the money, buy some HGH, but you must also be responsible with its use. You need to find out how to inject it properly and how to monitor it, as it tends to raise your glucose levels somewhat high. However, if you do it correctly, you can achieve good results. Ultimately, HGH is a thousand times better than steroids without such high risks.

U can't compare yourself to influencers because most of them are on roids
U need to work on your diet, sleep ect because if u were training like an olympian and eating like shit and barely sleeping u won't see any real gains
