Wear 2-inch lifts and spam good foods and sleep well if you need height that bad. Do stuff to hydrate your spinal discs even more.

yeah its a CM thing, obviously. i feel like the method would be getting 2 inches to 1.5 inches and getting out then you can cope with bullshit like hgh glucosamine and msm to get that inch maybe so like 3-2.5 imo seems like a sweet spot

5’9 isnt short enough for it to be that detrimental for ur dating life, i would say 5’7 and below is where you should consider a LL, you may aswell just wear 2-3 inch boosts but dont immediately use 3 inches as it will be obvious, gradually go to 3 inch boosts and make sure they’re under your socks or something so you dont get caught when u take ur shoes off as its over if u get caught, i would say you should look into other cosmetic surgeries based on ur biggest facial flaws and use the money u have for LL on that instead, combined with the boosts to make urself fairly tall like 6ft and as high facial harmony as possible
