Is lip filler or lateral commisuroplasty better for lip widening long-term?

Title. I am 16 as of now and have narrow lips that only slightly extend beyond my nose in width.

So far, I’ve been leaning towards lip filler since I’ve seen that lateral commisuroplasty can cause permanent gay/aspie surgery scars. You’ll need to use makeup to cover it up, which is obviously a big falio as a man. On the other hand, my main concern about filler is how outrageous it sounds to normies. For anyone to find out you as a man have had lip filler done seems extremely gay. Obviously surgery is preferable but I’m afraid of getting scars. Thoughts?

Lip filler can’t really widen lips.

Nobody performs lateral commisuroplasty anymore, it can only add a few mm anyways and is prone to severe scarring.

Even a few mm would help drasticallly

Filler can’t widen even its appearance little? Obviously not that much since it would look saggy but improvement is improvement

Lateral commisuroplasty is a surgery technique used by many plastic surgeons.
Search for surgeons that arent purely cosmetic but offer / are willing to do cosmetic shit /private shit for extra pay while beeing an Experten in their field.
Cleft palete specialists should mog

can I advise against lip filler or anything to do with messing with your lips save your money and put it towards something that has an actual high ROI

filler will do opposite of what you want in terms of perceived width

If you actually have horizontally narrow lips, widening them laterally has one of the highest ROI of anything you can do lol, in most cases higher than the stuff greys shill on this site like bimax. The issue is simply that there is no way for you to realistically widen the lips laterally, as the only surgery capable of it is a meme surgery.

Literally name one.

Even those who claim to perform commisuroplasty don’t have any results that widen the lips, they just lift the lips and create more volume at the corners.

I know because I’ve researched this and emailed countless surgeons over the years. You would have to find a reconstructive surgeon to do it - and risk the complications.

If you are so confident it is possible, please name one surgeon who is documented to do it in cosmetic patients

Complications are a meme especially for this surgery. If i wasnt a lazy ass i would diy it.
At worst you get scaring and correct that via laser and wear make up before that.

I’d pay you a lot of money if you DIYed this surgery to create meaningful complication-free change
