Liver tastes fine, especially when it's cooked well at a restaraunt

You don’t have to chew it just cut small pieces and swallow it like a pill

If you cook it at home and season it properly it shouldn't be horrible, I just can't get past the mush that well

Helps with digestion a lot to chew

it tastes pretty good if cooked well with added garlic and salt. I eat it with kefir/milk and cheese/butter and it's a pretty good meal.

i feel like eating it with salt ruins the whole benefits for skin

I usually cook calf's liver for like 5-6 minutes in ghee with some onions and add some salt and raw honey on top when it's finished. Tastes great.
