so what would be your advice to a 5ft7 turbomanlet ? rope ?

not a waste if your a turbomanlet, your whole life is fucked if your 5ft7 as a man in 2025

Yes it's expensive, yes you're basically disabled for 3 months, and then 50% disabled for like the following 6-9 months, plus 25% disabled until the next year, but it's objective not as dangerous as it used to be with the newer methods, the risk of infection is very low, and your chances of major complications or loss of mobility aren't that high if you're doing more conservative extensions.

For anyone under 5'9", I think it's a completely amazing option given that they can afford it it economically and with their time.
