Just fucking rekt sugar of ur diet and dont lose ur time with diuretics pissing all ur minerals from ur cellular reserves, chronic inflammation is the only factor of bloating in the long run

It can build tolerance if you use them everyday. And not to mention how unhealthy it is. Just reduce your salt intake and drink more water on normal days, and take diuretics when you’re going out to see women.
